they call all the time, i can't stand it.

I have no credit with this company and never had.  I am also on the no call list for Indiana.  Do I need to report them to my state?

The company you took the card out through may not be HSBC, it could be Orchard Bank, or a couple of others. You owe someone the monty, and they're calling about that. In honesty, they'll keep bothering even if you're paying- so just don't worry about them and pay when you can.

They call constantly.  On a "do not call" number.  At work. Thank God for caller ID.  I don't answer it anymore. Caller ID says 'toll free call', but it's HSBC. Don't owe them anything! but they keep calling.

Want them to stop calling? Get their address and send a stop calling letter by certified mail, return receipt requested, and they HAVE to stop contacting you!

They call but don't leave a message. Then they started Text-ing my cell with only the message to call this number. I'm not even sure this is legal? Does anyone know? Funny how I don't get any paper mail that is traceable.

they keep calling looking for Eric Deroser or Danny Vellow even when they have been told nobody by that name lives here or never has lived here. I am also on a dDO NOT CALL list.

I received a message left on my home answering maching a few days ago.  It was from a company named National Recovery Service.  I don't know who they are or what they wanted.  Just left a call back number with an extention.  Also, been receiving call from bogus "debt collectors" who are Indian and using American names.  They try to rip you off by saying you owe someone money, but they never give you any other information.  Don't bother calling the people under the number listed abouve, it might be a scam.  It is a definate scam if someone with an Indian accent calls and threatens you with the police coming to your home or work to threaten you with jail time.  Please be careful and please do report them to the FCC and the FTC.

They keep calling my UK link line saying that they are looking for Richard Nichols. International calls cost me a fortune so i do not appreciate these calls. I phoned back and they said they would remove my details.

Hsbc banks calls repeatedly, federal law prohibits this harassment and bullying. I'm sending letter to them to stop calling. Very bad business practices, called me 18 times today and 22 times yesterday!!!!
