This is the number for Capital one nationwide. These type of people need to call residental number with a correct speliing of there names in english.

this is an out sourced collection agency for Capitol One Auto, they call them selves Capitol One but ARE NOT in anyway capitol one. My vehicle was totaled and GAP insurance is paying them the remaining balance BUT still they call like 10 times a day. Capitol One has already closed my account, so this money will be for the collection company not Capital One! I have gotten it down to one person that should be handleing the account but it still doesn't stop them. They have called 4 times already this morning from 8:45-8:48am the caller ID showes up as 1-223-346  the only way I get 1-866-428-0356 is from the VM. I asked for an address to send a pmnt to (not really going to, b/c they are in a diffrent country)they gave me a Jordan address. When I told them I refuse to mail money to a diffrent country they changed to a Los Angeles address. I do not trust these guys and will not be paying someone that has no clue who or what I am supposed to be paying for.

These people have been calling me on my job for a remaining payment of $850.00.  I was to call them to give them the OK to take $500 out of my account.  I did not call bcause I did not have the funds available.  They went ahead and processed the payment anyway.  I had to call my bank to put a stop payment on the $500.  The guy did not want to give me an address to send the payment.  I guess I will send the payment of Capital one autofinance.  Any suggestions
