I have received muliple phone calls per week from this phone number asking for Salvador Ramirez.  When I have called to tell them they have a wrong number, they assure me they have removed the number from their system.  That was three months ago.  I am STILL getting pestering phone calls.  When I called today in order to YET AGAIN report their error, I was told I had never called and two people hung up on me.  This company, Asset-Care, sounds like it is poorly run, poorly managed, and doesn't much care whose lives they are invading.

These people called everyday, when I call them back to see what they want they hang up on me.  Isn't there some kind of class action that can be taken against this company?

They called me about a Anthony Morgan, 6 times. I called them back six times to be placed on hold or disconnected each time.

The parent company is MCL Financal systems, you may fax your request to 1-423-279-3133 Attention Angie Clark. She will probably not answer but if you leave her a voice mail it get you number removed fairly fast. Include as much info as you can like account # and name of the person you were called about.

If your the person being called about, then fax them twice, once after each of the next two calls asking them to stop the harassing calls, be nice in the fax as you may have to show it later to the phone company, police or federal trade commission. (I filled a complaint today with the FTC about this company, long question // prompter at FTC but the agent took the information!)

Base parent company phone number is 1-770-300-2500, You have to the receptionist that you need a number removed from "AssetCare's outbound calling program" she will connect you to a ring through which is AssetCare, tehn ask for Angie Clark or if the operation does not answer the extension is 3103.

Rember be nice as we don't want them changing phone extensions and numbers!

Been getting calls from this number and 866-429-3592. Don't know what they want, as I don't answer calls from numbers that I don't recognize. Only had this number for a month and get nothing but solicitors calling, and I'm on the do not call list. Driving me nuts.

This is a scam!!!! I called them back and they wanted my social sec #.

They've been calling  for more than a year now!!!!!This people are driving me crazy!! They leave a message saying that they are a collection company, and they need you to call back inmediately TO SOLVE THIS MATTER!!! I called several times only to get no tone. The last couple of times I was able to talk with some Jamaican or Haitian voice. THIS IS HARASSMENT!! WHEN AGGRESIVE OR STRESSING MESSAGES ARE LEFT IN YOUR VOICEMAIL..  AND THIS ACTION KEEPS BEING DONE EVENTHOUG YOU ASK THEM TO STOP"" THEY REFUSE TO STOP.
Now the last few calls, they now ask for Maria Cortes????? Who the hell is she, this is not her number, stop calling here!!then they hang up ..and.....Two weeks later, THEY CALL AGAIN AAAAAGGGRRRRRRRRRR!!
THERE HAS TO BE SOMETHING IN THE LAW TO STOP THESE PEOPLE..

this organization sent a letter for my deceased mom.  I have tried to contact them regarding this letter.  each time i call they put me on hold.  I really don't think they are trying to collect a debt.  Anyone with common sense would take the call and try to collect the debt.  I think they a phishing for information for some reason.  the mere fact that you are asking for people inscription of their computer is another scam

It is my disgusting ex-husband, who works at the lousiest debt collection agency. Call him back at (337) 349-5211 and tell him to stop harassing you. If he doesn't, then ask to speak to his supervisor.

These idiots have been calling me on my cell phone for over a year.  Generally averages two calls a week but sometimes more often.  I have contacted them 3 times, informed them I do not know a "Julia Moore" and asked them to stop calling, to no avail. It does appear to be a "scam" since they asked for my Social Security number which I refused to reveal.  They then hung up on me butttttt, they have continued to call.
I'am going to appeal to my congressman and senator to get involved in this.

come on now we all know this is a collection agency 866-429-3591 they know the laws they know the limits they keep calling me and hanging up lets just say iv always been poor i had this hernia a few years back and  some how they the hospital in Ohio  ended up giving me the operation no insurance no cash even it was really weird they had me sign up on government assistance  i was coming back every few months to check my lipids blood knowing i was a non paying customer  don't know how much was paid to who being as i cant look at my own records  i have to pay for seeing copies of everything  and knowing about the bank government bailout scandal im absolutely positive other scams are occurring also.  wanna see some eye opening real news Google- prison planet.com

These people are nuts!!  They told me I owed money and when I asked who I owed money too, they refused to tell me!!  The caller kept asking about me and I did not give her the information she wanted and she refused to let me speak to her supervisor.  She hung up on me!!

they don't even talk to me...it is just a recording telling me to call this #  they do say they are a debt collection....i need an address so i can send them a letter demanding them to stop....but can't seem to find one
