Got a call, several calls and they called my daughters cell phone said they were arbitrators for the NCA and they were collecting on a debt from a company called Pack Management who sold them the loan.  Said they were trying to keep me from going to court and that a summons would be served to appear in a NY court, said they were considering money laundering and check fraud.  Had my bank info, all of it and then sent me a email telling me they were going to withdrawl money on 2 separate dates.  I looked at the letter that they sent via email and they have this bogus phone# on it and 3 different names,  2 guys called one named a John Williams who said he was the mediator and would get me a deal so I won't get sued and then had his manager get on named Jason Miller and he said if  I  didn't agree that a process server would be coming to my home with a summons. I still can't tell if this is real or not. Mr Miller who said he was the boss and gave me his phone# which I called back tonight  and it is disconnected.  Can't get through to the number 866-439-0410, it just rings with no answering machine or voicemail at all.

I actually did not receive any calls from this company, but 'Brad Sutton", from RJA Capital has managed to leave messages about me with just about all my friends and family, not sure how he got their phone numbers, but he did. I called him this morning to find out who he was, and why he was looking for me, the call back number he left is: 607-231-8060...He has got to be the most unprofessional person I have ever came across, screaming at me, threatening me..I explained to him that I honestly had no idea about any of the information he was trying to give me, and to please send me some information by mail, and mentioned my rights under the FDCPA, I think that is what set him off, he proceeded to scream over me, threatening me, not letting me speak at all, and basically told me that the sheriff would be contacting me, and good luck. If "Brad", and "RJA Capital" was legitimate, they would not need to use threats to intimidate people into paying them (which is illegal), and they would have absolutely no problem sending the information by mail (which is required by law under the FDCPA). I am 100% sure that I don't owe any outstanding debt, and I have not written any "bad checks" as he tried to claim. This company needs to be shut down, as they are using illegal practices to try and get money out of people.
