    It's a debt collector, although I couldn't understand where the debt was incurred due to the automated system not being clear. Also, the automated phone tree wasn't working very well, it wouldn't follow the commands I was entering on the keypad of my phone. Don't know if it's legit or not. I know that I don't owe anybody in San Mateo California(I currently live in NY) any money. Try to speak with a representative before entering any payment information on the auto-pay system.
