Unknown company phone number

Started showing up on my bank statement with Bank of America, and found out it is an insurance company that I have never heard of.  I had to call the bank to let them know that it was an unauthorized charge.

It also started showing up on my bank statement of Bank of America, and I do not know anything about it. I called the Bank of America Center and they do not know anything. I let them know that it was an unauthorized charge.

866-440-0456 is the number that appears on my statement.

I found this in my statement also.

Don't ever accept for the free offer, not aware how they get the info. Nor the bank if aware... But they get it... Absolute eyewash :(

They show o my bank statement as receiving money from me. I'm not sure who they are.

I also saw this transaction on my statement and called it in. It's an insurance company A.I.G that is a part of BofA and it's an accident policy. Like if you become disabled, temporary or permanent, the insurance (mine was showing $14.95 coming out) would pay you a certain amount of money to cover your medical, and of course, home expenses.

I just noticed a similar charge.  When I called BofA they acted like they didn't know what the charge was for and told me that I needed to contact the insurance company directly.  I called the 866 number and got a message that customer service was closed...no mention of the name of the company.  I know that I did no sign up for this I have protection at work.

omg guys the same thing happened to me this stupid company called me and told me that they would send me some information regarding an insurance i found out that they are charging me every month and thanks to them i got a overdraft!!!! ;< i just called to let them have it they dont even tell you there companys name and they didnt want to give me a comfirmation number finally they gave me one but i dont know maybe they just made it up! im gona call again i came online to find out about this stupid company and theres nothing!!! im so mad!!! be careful everyone and dont be nice to those people they seriously take advantage of us!!! and bank of america knows this 2 im considering canceling my account with them 2!!!!

I also received a charge of $22.95 on my BOA card statement today and I will protest the charge. I also do not know what it is for it just appeared on my statement.

Bank of America denied that this company was affiliated with them, I called the number they gave me, and it was a voicemail in which the recorded message identified themselves as " Insurance Service Center" BofA wanted to charge $30 to put a stop payment on the $29.90 charge.

I was getting auto withdrawals from my Bank of America account for $19.95. I called BoA and they said they didn't know the company's name. Called the number and after verifying my address she told me it was a Bank of America insurance policy. It's a $1million dollar accidental policy. If you die your spouse gets 1k.
The cherry on top is that Bank of America would stop re occurring charges for $30!

What a ripoff.

I tried calling the number 8664400456....said they were closed for the day..........tomorrow if I do not get through...I will contact BOA fraud division....does any one know the name

I called number and when i mentioned it was offered through BOA they disconnected me  twice!  I took this Disability policy out as a single mom through my bank of America credit card.  It was an offered benefit.  I've been paying for over 14 years and was asking for information about my plan!  Will be contacting a lawyer and filing fraud charges!
