I don't know who this caller is, however they call at least 5 times a day, every single day.  

got a call from this number today(voice was of a male -sounds like from over seas)first he asked for me. I didnt verify that I was the person he asked for. I then asked who was calling-he proceeded to tell me he was from Capital One and needed to update  my files and needed my birth date- I said to him are you kidding me? he got defence of and said look for the # on the back of your card and call. which I will do

The caller said he is calling from bank of america, and wants to talk about my card number ending in XXXX, he had correct digits. But then he said he needs to verify my date of birth. I hung up. Looks fraud, I head one of my co-worker talking on a similar call this morning.

Nope it is BOA, You can call into the customer service number and see what the call was for. They have to verify they are speaking to the right person before they can talk to you about your info.

Called my house asking for Andrea. I have a family member named Andrew but he never lived at my address and hasn't lived in this state for 41 years. The caller spoke so fast I had to repeat the message several times to get his (alleged) name: Andrew Wing from Bank of America. If the caller were actually from BoA there would be an extension number added to his phone number. I wonder how many people actually fall for this?

866-441-2292 is a SCAM/phishing call.  I reported this number to the FTC.  They claim to be Bank of America calling about an important servicing matter.  The real Bank verified they did NOT call me and the number is NOT theirs.  Do not call them back.  They are phishing and they may record your voice and use it as proof you agreed to their scam.

Got another call from “ Bank of America” this time with clear English voice. Of course I will not call this number back. I let all my calls go to voice mail, even when sitting by the phone.
I don’t pick up when there is no ID on my phone. It’s a total scam and unfortunately many people will react to the BS message and get taken.
Shameful.

Called this AM and not message left.  If I do not know the caller I do not pick up the phone.
