Received a call and i did not answer it.  No message was left on machine.  2:30 PM on Friday, Sept.  27, 2007.  Saw # 1-866-441-3070 on caller ID.  I would like these annoying calls to stop.

Same number called this evening - no message left.  Called back -- it's the "Coalition for Medicare Choices" whatever the f*** that is.

People, it doesn't do any good to sit here and just complain.  Get into action and contact https://www.donotcall.gov/default.aspx and FILE A COMPLAINT.  I have to do this fairly often but it does slow down the calls from these idiots!

They threw money at Congressmen like confetti in the 1990's--after the HMO's heeded the call of Trent Lott to 'get off their butts' and kill legislation regulating HMO's. Now they're heeding the call to shove medicare ***cuts*** down Seniors' throats" (through these non-stop telemarketing calls made from 866-441-3070...)

Get calls like this all the time.  I never answer an 866 number or any number that is not identified.  Most are collection agencies who call family members who they think they can pressure to pay for deadbeat family members. All they get from me is an airhorn in their ear. If they were stupid enough to loan them money then, like the banks, they ought to go broke!!!

I got several calls from this phone number.

This is a recording about medicare choices/alliances. I called the number back - of course, had the recording I had to listen to again before it asked for my name, phone number and address and asked if 'i would like someone to contact me' sooooo I left a message with only my name and phone number and told them I am on no call lists for MO and national so remove our number from their lists now, too. We'll see what happens.

NOTE FOR EVERYONE: Contact the attorney general in your state or online and file a complaint with them. I've filed 5 today!! I pay extra for privacy thru ATT + the no call lists - let the Attorney General contact them continually until they STOP THE CALLS!! Also, just type 'no call list' in your browser and it will bring up both the National and State's links to get on their no call lists; this includes not-for-profit.

How can we stop these calls?  We cannot call back and tell them to stop!  They are obviously a scam to try to get cc info.

I received this call as well.  I saved it as a contact; labeled it Spam and assigned it a 'no ring'.   So, the call comes through with no ring, and I see it on the caller ID as Spam.  Eventually they'll stop calling.
