Got call from 866-442=0536 wanting to talk to Steven Arco about a "personal financial matter." The call had an options menu with #4 being that this is wrong number. I have been pushing 4 every day two and three times for about 4 months now.

NCO finacial, debt collector.

NCO Financial calls twice a day asking for a Francisco Hernandez. I keep on telling them that there is no such a person here but they keep calling and calling. Ny wife maiden name is Hernandez. There must be 2 million Hernandez in the US. I wonder how NCO came up with my number. I guess I won their Lotto. However, I'm filing a complaint with the FTC. One complaint won't do anything, but a hundred thousand complaints will make a difference.

These people have been calling and I have not been able to get them to stop. They keep asking for someone that does not live in my home and when I tell them they hang up and call again. I am simply tired of this! How do I get them to stop their harassing calls!

I've been getting calls from this number, unidentified, I do not bother to answer most of the time, but they leave no message or leave messages about a financial situation for which I am definitely not behind on bills. Sometimes a recording just says "Goodbye," then hangs up.  Whoever they are, they have the wrong number calling me.

They keep calling for someone that don't live here.  They have No regard for the sick elderly, been told many times but keep calling..  Love to find this person and and kick some sence into him.

Keeps calling with no message or information.

Idiots ...and morons are they.  Keep calling my number asking for someone named Taylor... keep telling them this phone number has been mine for over a year.

Apparently they are too stupid to figure out that they are not going to get ahold of Taylor here.

The only way to gat them to stop is to call the CEO of NCO Financial, Mr. Ron Rittenmeyer. He lives in Plano, TX and his phone is (972) 618-9572.  Call and ask for someone in NCO that can get you removed from the list.  When I called him he was annoyed with me for calling him at his home. I told him that I get calls all the time thanks to his company!  So I post this so that everyone can give him a taste of his own medicine.

I recieve calls and most the time not even in english  the only thing i hear in english is "my personal problem"  like WTF!!!

Since they're calling me on a cell number that I just got, I don't answer and they don't leave a message. Right now I don't have unlimited minutes and I'm not gonna waste what I have to talk to someone that can't be calling for me. :-)
