Continental Finance called to "remind me when my payment is due " at 7am!

Yeah, these guys. Continental Finance Has been calling me from this number and doesn't leave a voice mail. They call before my bill is due non stop, I have never been late and don't deserve this harassment. Today they have called six times from this number and I didn't answer cause I was at work, They didn't leave a message, instead they called from another number and still didn't leave a message. If I did this to someone the police would pay me a visit, what is going on?

Yep. It's Continental Finance. They call every single day staring like 3 weeks before my bill is due. I have never paid them late, I get their bills in the mail, I don't know why they call, but it drives me nuts.

Yeah, I made a payment via Western Union today, and got 2 calls from this number.

They call here in the very least 3 times a day and starting at 8am.  Yes, I know that this is against Fair Collection and so are the refusal to take anything other than a post dated check

Yeah...I get calls from these guys on the daily. I don't even know what it is for and I never pick up.

I am so annoyed at receiving calls from 866-451-8939.  Whomever do not leave a message, it so irritating.  Please STOP CALLING!!!

We cancelled our credit card in May and they continue to keep adding charges and call us everyday, many times a day.  This is the worst company to deal with...

Hands down worst credit card company ever.  $12 monthly service fee, $250 application fee, $8 payment fee (They charge you to pay them?), etc.

I have never heard of continental finance or had a credit arrangement with them.  This same "continental finance" company has called my cellphone 5+ times per day for over six months using a machine that turns into heavy breathing and finally a harrassing and annoying sweat shop from south miami asking all sorts of personal information.  This is not a legitimate company.  Do not give them personal information.  I have made formal complaints to their "manager" and the calls are now more frequent.

These people have been calling me for the past week, about two to three times a day. Funny thing is I don't even have a credit card.
Today I had had enough with their crap. They called me around 11 Am and I picked up, and answered, but the [***] hung up on me. So I call them back and I'm transferred to someone who worked for Continental Finance. I had to sit and listen to her spiel about how they're a credit card company... blah, blah, blah. She asked me for my number (odd... seeing how they should know it by now since they've been calling me NONSTOP) and asked for "Mark." I told her I had no clue who "Mark" was, and demanded my number to be taken off their list.

you really have to be assertive with these people to get what you want. Call them back and hopefully you'll get lucky and find someone who actually wants to help. The woman seemed too much of a pushover to be in that business, anyway.

I received 5 calls from this company. I contacted them about the calls and they told me they were just doing a courtesy call reminding me about my upcoming payment. I was polite and told them I didn't need the call and she said she can remove my number off the account to cancel the calls. I told her that would be fine. Taken care of. Has anyone thought to just talk to them instead of complaining? As far as the fees, if we have this card, then that means we are trying to get our credit back on track. If this card can help me with that, then the fees are worth paying each month.

They have called my work cell number 3 times this morning. Then while I was at home they called my work cell number, my cell number and my home number all within 1 minute and never left a message on any of them! Wow! Thats crazy.

i know too that this is continental finance.  i counted 10 calls on my caller id screen today with NO messages left at all.  i thought these companies were only supposed to call you once or maybe twice a day.  10 times is amounting to harrassment.  at least they could have left a message one time!

This company is so annoying that it makes me want to stop doing business with them. They start calling about your "upcoming" payment 2 weeks before it is ever due and they don't stop! I don't need 5 calls a day to remind me to do anything. These people are crazy!

Hi these people are crazy they call me every single hour of the day and like the rest of you i pay them ontime and sometimes if i cant i do the western union on the day it is due as my payday varies ...wish they could just take me off the call list as the bill is enough of a reminder that i need to pay them

Hey idiots!  I have no bill from Continental Finance.  You need to get a life or get a girlfiend.  Besides, are you aware that you keep calling a Yahoo phone #?

They keep calling and I never answer. I don't answer numbers I don't know. They call 3 to 4 times a day. I will not answer unless they identify themselves.

Our Company keeps getting calls from this #. They always hang up. Happens all day long, it's taking lines away from our customers.
