    We received a flyer on our front door saying "FINAL NOTICE" with my husband's name hand-written on it. The flyer went on to say "it is imperative that you contact our office in the next 24 hours regarding an important personal matter. 1-866-455-4264 Ext. 70885 Date: 4-2-13
