I get the phone call at work and home from an "amanda" who says it's Gap calling.  She tortures for my check information...they tell me to pay it so it doesn't go to collection and I ask how past due is it, she hesitates...she's very vague.. Thankfully, my daughter is the one who pays it and I don't have the payment information.. now I don't know if it's actually Gap calling or a collection agency trying to get money from me for something else???

Stop calling

These people called so much I finally had to disconnet the ringer on my phone. Who are they and what represents harassment, because they call every hour from 8:30am to 9:00 7 days a week.

They've been calling me every morning too.  It's a company called "Allied Interstate".  They're a collection agency that are well known for harassing consumers.  I don't answer their calls.  I have no idea why they're calling me...I don't have any debts that I'm aware of.

"Wal-Mart" displays on the caller ID for this number. Hang up after 4 rings--just before voice mail kicks in. No message or reason for the call. Called several times on Sunday and before and after normal business hours--as late as 8:45 p.m.

This was my experience as well. They call several times a day.  When I returned the call, it was from Allied Interstate trying to collect a debt.... They have nothing to do with Wal-mart, but that is what my caller ID said.  Tricky...
