They called my house number 13 times on Saturday between 9:30am and 3:20pm.
No messages we left. I wasn't at home.

they called me 3 times and when I tried calling back I got a machine telling me that there was a waiting time for 10 mins.  No company was said when I got their machine

I called this number and it is HSBC Financial Services.

I got music immediately. They di dleave two messages and identified themselves as HSBC. Tried twice but will block their number

called 3 times in just over an hour.  No message left, and nothing but hold music when I call back.

For the last 2 months they have been leaving msg's in french for me. I don't speak french!! I finally got the time to call them back today, and it rang once and an actual person answered the phone. It's HSBC.

How many times is leagally da amount that they can call seriously i get a call every freakin hour and it's freakin annoying and i refuse now to pick up the phone last time i did it was nothing but "please hold". Seriously gonna block any private number or this types of numbers.

by law they are allowed to call up until a contact was made with the client, if they have not spoken to a customer they are allowed to keep calling until  they have spoken to the customer and arrangements were made.

this guys r insane~i told them serveral times that theres no such a person called "Crystal @#" and they just kept calling me almost every day if i didnt pick up they will continue calling in the rest of the day. how can i let this ppl stop, im so tired of arguing with them. moreover this call is from U.S and i have to pay for receiving this freakin calls.

does anyone know how to block all 866 #s

These calls are from HSBC. Comes up Name Unkown. I called the number back and that is who they are.They actually answered my call as such, HSBC.
They are a finance company and if you owe them money you will certainly get a number of calls a day from different numbers, this is only one of the numbers they use. Another one is HSBC 1-800-667-4363 the regular number.

Future Shop/ HSBC

This number is HSBC Financial Group - they handle Future Shop credit cards, so if you're missing a payment, that's why they're calling.  I believe they also deal with HBC credit cards.  The only reason why they should be calling you, is if you're late or missing a payment.

They have called me 8 times today and when I pick up, there is nothing, I will wait for 20 seconds and nothing.

They phoned before 8:30 am this morning - on a Saturday!!! I won't pick up so I guess they'll keep calling.

5 days of calling, 9 times a day .. never leaves a message.

this caller is The Brick, they think that they will keep customers by calling them every day 25 times a day.. they never heard of mail... assho;les

be careful with them.  don't trust anyone you don't know.  i got a call from them too.  sound rude and very fishy.

We must tell future shop to stop harassing us. I was called 15 times in one day!!!!! Reason they say I did not pay my balance of 100.00 .I tried to tell them that I called Future shop for payments paid the money etc. Looks like Future shop along with this company screw up our payments and then start calling us for money + interest...nice business.
Is there some one who can complain this to the Govt.This is disgusting.
Why can't this call be blocked.
I have decided not to buy any thing from Future Shop in future.
Future Shop is making everyone's life Miserable.

they called our customer business line looking for an employee that works outside of the office. the woman would not leave a message or return number.
