    Got a call from someone who said they were from Citibank  - a credit collection agency about a store bill. I had changed address and never got a bill.

    they kep hassling me and trying to get me to give my checking account number - I never received any type of document regarding the bill due and they refused to give me anything in writing.  Very rude, very pushy and I'm very upset. I won't give them information. I plan to report them.
