These guys are real scumbags!  Ok, for the last few weeks, I have been getting calls from this place asking for my mother.  They were calling my place of business and asking for my mother!  The last call I recieved in that manner was from an actual person (the previous calls were all autocalls).  He again mentioned he was looking for my mom.

The very next day, I start getting calls for my own name from the same place from a different number!  Hello!  Do you think I was born yesterday?  Lets call all these numbers, try to figure out who owns it, and then call them back saying they owe a debt?

Don't deal with these people.  They are obviously bad scammers.

Debt collection agency and junk debt buyer. Send them a cease and desist letter via certified mail, that is the only way to stop their calls.
