Kennesaw, GA 30144 - Steveincessant, calling every day,every day for over two weeks, sometimes as early as 5AM 2-3 times in row, leaving message in broken english to call back, never stating their business, like a mosquito that wont go away
- NCalled my parents multiple times. Finally called back and they are Nationwide Credit Agency trying to collect a debt for a credit card.

they were rude and hung up on me when i said i was going to record this call - CarrieCALL ALL DAY EVERYDAY, THEY LEAVE A MESSAGE ON MY HOUSE PHONE THEN CALL MY CELL PHONE AND LEAVE A MESSAGE AND STILL CALLLS BACK EVERY HOUR!! THE MESSAGE IS "THIS IS PAUL (or whoever calls) YOU NEED TO CALL ME BACK TODAY at 1-866-479-7925 ext..blah blah.. It is Nationwide Credit who collects for AMERICAN EXPRESS and I'm sure others......

- Nahu PeraltaI have read all comments on calls coming from this number. I have personally dealt with NCI. They have been very polite to me. And that was because i was polite with them. May be they cannot speak proper english but they communicate well if we co operate. And yes, THEY DO NOT ASK FOR OUR SSN OR ADDRESS. They have all our details and they just confirm it.

- Sharon ParkerHi this is Sharon.I spoke to Mr.Singh at Extn 5608.He is a friend to me.Whenever I speak to him i don't feel like am speaking to a debt collector.He is as good as friend and he is helping me resolve my debts.It's good speaking with an Indian Debt Collector instead of speaking to an American collectors with full of attutide.

Nationwide Credit has very good collectors.I hve been speaking to Sharmine in India and she is an excellent person to talk with.I won't even prefer to talk to anyone else even in America abt my debt.As everyone know debt collectors in America are very rude and are never bothered abt your situation.They just want money from you.But Indian collectors are very polite and helping nature. They treat you like customers even you are in collections. Try speaking to them.
- luanneNo, they are not polite, they are rude, and they did hang up on me when I wanted them to remove my cell phone number from there list. I was NOT the one they were asking for. I explained that I was charged for those calls to my voice mail. I asked them how that would make them feel if they received such calls. They are deceptive and cunning in trying to see if you can give them information on family members or friends that may have debt issues. "Andrew" hung up on me when I asked for Nationwides Website... He was rude and curt. When "Aaron" (extention 5528) couldn't get information from me he also hung up on me. There is nothing good about the above comments except it is a mask from the company. Why would they even care about their reputation when they allow POORLY trained individuals to conduct their miserable business and who lack compassion. It's just a job. Try ditch digging.

- LANCTOT, JEANNE ..I was deailng with a debt collector named DAN KHAN at extension [5564].. he was collecting on my AMEX card.. he was very polite.. his voice and the tone was too friendly and i felt that i am dealing with some one who is concerned for me and my problems.. i paid the balance without any hesitation & with good ease.. after paying the A/c he even called me to ask how are my financial crisis now.. THEY ALL ARE GOOD HUMANS AND WE SHOULD PICK UP THEIR CALLS BECAUSE THEY HAVE SOLUTIONS FOR OUR PROBLEMS ..

- grandwhat a bunch of bull-[***]..all these people who said they had a nice experince with nationwide they work for the company.nationwide has been fined 1.5 million dollars for falsifying credit reports does this sound like they are nice collectors please dont be fooled by these posts.
i have a account with amex it was a unsecured,no doc,business loan.three months later amex calls me wanted documentation from me i said why im not behind on my payments and im not giving you any documentations she hangs up on me..then three months past nationwide calls me to collect on my amex.they admitted to me that i wasnt behind so why are you colllecting he got nasty and said they can do whatever they want i said no they cant if im not behind on my payments as of today i ask so many times to send me the debt so i can makle sure they didnt make anymistakes in my payments and i still didnt get it.nationwide says im using a stall tactic of course i said the fdcpa say if i ask for proof..then he interrups me and says he dont have to follow fdcpa rules i asked why because i have your ssn number so we dont have to follow there rules.
so you see how they lie they get 25 percent of the debt when its collected and i owe over 16,000.00.
i will admit they only call three or four times a day if i dont answer the phone and if we do talk they dont call me for a couple of days.
the law says a debt collector can call up to eight times a day if nobody answers the phone..if you do talk to them and do not agree on a payment then they cant call you for three days,,if you do agree on a payment then they cant call you for five days..i got this from a debt collector from nco - Andy WalkerHey! This is Nation Wide Credit (NCI). These people are really good collectors. They are very polite if you co-operate with them. They are willing to work along with you understanding your situation and getting down in your shoes. I spoke to Arnold at extn 2161 who was very polite and worked along with me to clear my debt. I dont say that all are good maybe some are rude but that is because we people dont treat them good. You wont believe unless you try it. So go ahead call them.
