Second time, I pickup.
Attempted to call it back and got a Chinese language only set of voice prompts for Rogers/ RBC something life insurance products.

Picked up the phone and it was a male mumbling in a foreign language, which really didn't sound like a language at all.  Jess, who reported this on 26 Sep 07, mentioned Chinese, but this definitely wasn't Chinese.  Very odd.  He spoke, I said "Hello" again, but he continued mumbling.

They are still doing it.  I got the same thing.

i received a call and the person what mumbling on the other end of the phone and all i could hear from them was hello in which was very faint as i tryed several times to respond then they hung up so i decided to call them back.
the first time i called there was no answer and i let it ring for about 10 rings so then i tryed again and i got a lady who was speaking chinese and was stating that it was tellex. So i decided to take another step by doing a google search and here is when it gets interesting. 1-866-482-5599 is what i put in for a search and guess what its not tellex or rogers or rbc it has a web site called usHuaren.com Now the wonderfull thing is that no one has ever asked me what languages can i speak lol so here is the information that you see in chinese translation to english so now you will know what I know LOL

So as you can see they ask you to set up a plan for cable and dsl......
If i were you i would not trust a company who goes by several different names
when they are trying to sell you a service Also be fully aware that if they ask you to hit any numbers on your phone don't do it this is another way for them to beable to make long distance charges apply to your phone just for calling you Sorry for the bad news but you have been worned trust me I know that is a big scam and they are doing this to ppl i know where i live so just block them from calling you........Hope this helps you out in seeing who is calling you also if you want you can do a google search the same way i did and see for your self just click the translation page that is provided and you will see it in english lol  bye all

I've been getting 3 to 4 calls per day...on my cel phone!  I pick up and they hang up.  Never any conversation.  Just tonight...3 calls in the last 10 mins!  This is damn annoying!

i got this caller just nao, a HEAVILY accented chinese woman asked me if i spoke english, i said no and hang up

i got the call, i live with thumper above this post, and when i got the call i just started making sex noises. seemed to work because they hug up.

Yeah, it gets really annoying when they keep calling.

I found 2 ways, one is to keep saying hello when they speak in Chinese, all they want to hear is someone to speak in return

This is from iTalk BB, a fxxking chinese long distance company based in Toronto.
Keep calling me everyweek as I keep telling them to take me of their fxxking list.
Tonight when I got the call again, I ask why they still call..
The answer is :"once you subcribe to us, we won't call u again!!"  fxxx!

I complaint to the fuxking National do not call thing couple times still got call from this company.
Make me so mad!!

Called their hot line to complain, but they said they can't help!
