It's time warner. My caller ID shows this number with their name. I'm just trying to figure out why they keep calling and not leaving a message. It must not be that important, probably just to try and solicit me for digital phone service like TheCrewdaddy said.

Call came Monday morning at 10:56.  I answered, no response........

Again this damn number for Time Warner (and it is Time Warner) calls and when you answer (on first ring too) there is no one there.  I called TWC to complain and some guy took infor and asked me to hold on.  I got tired of waiting and hung up.  I can't tolerate companies, etc. that ignore requests from one of their customers regarding THEIR annoying behaviour.  One more time and I'm going OVER TO THEIR OFFICE HERE IN TOWN.

I didn't answer, but Time Warner sounds about right.  If anyone knows a way to get them to cease and desist please post it.

Called the number back from land line and asked Service Rep to add my cell number into their Do-Not-Call list two days ago.  And just got anothor call from them 2 minutes ago.  What gives???!!!

My next move is adding my number to National Do Not Call Registry.

Time Warner has been calling me every day for about a week now. I don't answer, of course, but they do leave a message - all the message says is "Hello? Hello?" as if they cannot even tell that it is a voicemail - not a real person. The last time they called was at 9am on a Saturday, which woke me up. If anybody has advice on how to get them to knock it off, please let me know.

Time Warner called from 866-489-2669.  No one there at first (obviously an automated call center system).  When I repeated my "Hello" the gent introduced himself from Time Warner and asked how my service was.  I eventually verified this number on the TW website (http://www.timewarnercable.com/Carolinas/support/default.html).

They called 2 times yesterday and 2 times today. Is there no end? Time Warner please stop.

brought back a cable box today and traded it in for a non-DVR box to save me money each month. strange...........
