866-499-0923

Just got a call this morning from this number-actually said it was Caremark, and requested I call back before May 18. Gave an 866 area code number to call back to and the 7-digit code. I called the 866 number and put the code as requested but it said it was not correct-tried three times-wouldn't take the code. So now going to call their 800 number. I assume it's regarding a recent rx that can't be filled yet but has been paid for.

This was Caremark informing me about the status of my Rx. The call is all computer you can not get a person at this number.

I received a call from 888-892-7227 earlier today and the recording said they were from CVS Caremark and they were calling about a mail service perscription for a Bernard Fuller.....that is not me!  They gave me a number and a code to call back which was 866-499-0923 and the code was 4510042 ??????

No way I am calling this number back!

About a perscription.  Our pharmacy always uses e-mail, not telephone.

It's Caremark.  They were calling to let someone know there was a problem with their prescription, but had the wrong number.  If you listen to the voice mail, there's a way to tell them they've got the wrong number, and they'll correct their records.
