Message from this number says 'If you are over 18 press 1, if not press 2.  I just deleted the message without responding.

This is an automated political survey for the government.  Telemarketers calling from Canadian registered charities, newspapers, political parties, riding associations and candidates for elections are exempt from the do not call list.  The best thing to do is to pick up and specifically tell them to put you on their do not call list.  I always make a note on my calendar as it takes them 31 days to update their lists.  If they call after that time frame I ask for a supervisor and let rip.
