    If they call again and you recognize the number, just push the # rapidly for about 10x and then hold it. Seems to be an instant disconnect. Some urban myth has it that this action will remove your number from autodiallers. Good luck!

    Run to answer phone and it is another annoying hangup from 866-516-8111. They hang up whether you are there to answer or not.

    info@simprosolutions.com   www.simprosolutions.com     As of Dec. 3, 2007, a fellow by name of Tony Nadra, unknown job/title, tony@simprosolutions.com will promise (by email only) to look into the source of your call (but never will) and tell you how quick they are at removing your phone number (and they don't), he'll indicate that best way to communicate is by writing & mailing them a letter,  wow! ...  That's hard to do when their phone number does not show up in a search.  And it was difficult to leave a message, because their voice mail is plugged by early morning.
    In checking Dec 11, they have a clear female voice indicating their mailing address for your written complaint.
    Tony will indicate they call hundreds of thousands of 'customers?' every month on behalf of major customers. (Canada Post will make a fortune every month) Tony will indicate that most customers that call are usually curious as to whom called them versus actually calling to opt out. (Gauly, wonder why?) In my case, Simpro had automated predictive dialing happening with a mere 10 employees answering the call responses.

    Annoyed at Simpro
    They called 3 times in the past 2 days (once only 20 minutes after the first call). If you call their main line (416-915-9571) before 8:30am, you can probably leave a voice mail message, but who knows if they'll get back to you. I told them they were in violation of the Canadian Marketing Association's Do Not Call List since we registered last year and hopefully that will get them moving on getting us off their call list. I suggest other people try the same thing.
    Apparenly Simpro works for companies like Bell, Sears, Primus, The Bay, and Direct Energy. If you have no luck with Simpro, contact one of the listed companies they work for and voice your complaints to them.

    call back on their 866 line and followed the voice prompts to be placed on their do not call list. I also filed a complaint on the Canada Do Not Call List. These guys call three times a day every other day.
