they keep calling my cell phone and asking for someone named Marian

They call every day and run up a bill for me. I don't know of any law office that I am intersted in.

They call me saying they work on behalf of Total |Credit Recovery.

Im supposed to use up my cell time for someone who has to leave a recorded message at 8:00 at night instead of calling during the day band talking live.

I have nothing to hide. If I owe someone I will pay it if legit.

I left them a message and gave them my full name and even my cell # as they bug me on landline I have only had for a week.

I told them to call during the day and have a person on the other end or I will sue for harassment. Must be the stupidest lawyer on the planet or the laziest.  Not to slander him.

Canada should be more selective whom they allow to come to Canada.
Ship them all to Ding Doe in Korea,and he has a few termination methods to solve their scam perminately.

I get a call every day.  I don't answer unknown or unidentified numbers, so they just keep calling...
If I have a legal problem, why no email or snail mail?

These idiots keep on calling 2-3 times a day.  Asked to verify my address, but I wasn't that stupid to give them anything.
AT one point I decided to have some fun and when they called yesterday, told them the guy they are looking for is on safari in Tanzania.  Today I told them the guy is now in Burundi and will be there for 2 months as he doesn't like North American winters.  They do not get the message! Nasty as flies!

So finally I told them to go and screw themselves!

How can we get them by the balls and squeeze some money out of there?

They claim that there is a pending legal issue.

I am getting  calls from total credit  recovery  and for  what I don't know .I think  these places should be stopped . I am on disability  and I don't owe anything  to anyone .and under the mental act of Canada  it's called  harassment . And they can be sued . Stupid  people

This should be stopped . They have not right to be calling home phones or cell phones .time for them to get the hint .and if they call me again  there going to get an ear full and if it does not stop from there the next call will be from my laywer

She doesn't say who she's calling for either. And when I look them up, none of the phone #'s match the one left on the vm; http://www.totalcrediting.com/

Im a single mother of 3 i dont owe anyone anything and these dame people call me 2-3 times a day if not more. I had them call me 5 times in a row once. Every time i answer they are asking for someone different. & it has never once been my name. These people drive me nuts! They need to get the [***] outta here.

The call everyday and they say the exact same words word for word. i do not know this number or i do not know of this law office. i would appreciate it if they would stop calling my cell phone.
