southwest credit systems!! didn'r leave message so i'm assuming it's junk

same. calls every few days.

this is a scam organization.  They are looking for people that have credit card debt, so they can consolidate and "save" you money.  You'll be sorry if you do business with them.

Number is used by Southwest Credit Sytems, LP.  File a complaint with the BBB and allege illigal collection practices.  They do not have the right to phone people at random asking for random names in an attempt to find new clients for their predetory lending practices.

I got a call from this number and my daughter's name was on the caller ID. That should be identity theft!

They had a name from my phone number more than 10 years ago!

NOT ALWAYS A SCAM.  I thought these folks were telemarketers and almost hung up, but they had an old account number of mine so I was curious.  Apparently, my ex-employer had tied my work phone to my personal credit and stopped paying the bill.  I called the provider and it was a true claim.  Now I am battling an old employer, but Southwest Credit was legit in my case.

Stop calling me! I'm not in debt and never have been! Get a life!

They called me and did not leave a message. I am only 16 so they obviously do not do their homework.

I have no idea who is making calls from this number. They NEVER leave a message and they start at 8 AM. I do not work I am disabled and would love to sleep in. I am registered on the do not call registry.

Collection Agency - Southwest Credit, they buy old debt for cents on the dollar and then harass the heck out of people until you settle the debt with them. They buy a lot of old Verizon debt.

2012Aug16 08:37 Caller ID displays name as TOLL FREE CALL with number displayed.  Obviously false as Incoming calls aren't Toll Free, they are paying for the call.  I never answer such obvious trickery.  This is a company that calls themselves Southwest Credit Sytems, LP.  They are a collection agency and they also try selling credit consolidation plans.  They are SCAM artist and will be abusive on the phone.

They called on my cell phone 3 times today. I didn't answers. They needed go to last train to Clarkeville, get on the train and start puttibg their nose in own business. not ours. leave the other people alone. [***] QUIT CALLING ON MY CELL PHONE OR YOU WILL BE REPORTS.

I keep getting this number at work and this is a federal government phone number, I also have reported this to DNCR (do not call registry) will file a claim now.

Even if the company has permission to call "you," such as a survey company. That company is only allowed to call between the hours of 9 am to 9 pm. It's illegal to call before 9 am., too.

it is a felony for any company to call you and not have the proper id and phone number identifying their company. Please file a complaint with your proper police agency. The federal law number is December 22, 2010 as Public Law 111-331. Please file a complaint with the FCC that who regulates this. Please pass on to other web sites to help spread the word.  I owe no nothing but our congressman allows because these people are big contributors for the election campaigns.
