They are calling me daily for someone who I do not even know and they do not beleave me that the number does not belong to that person.

They call every Morning aropund 8:15, I tell them the party they want does not live here but they don't understand & keep calling.

they keep calling approx. 8:22 a.m. every morning, then again in the afternoon about 4:00 on my cell phone. they keep asking for someone i have no clue who it is.

This is Chase Bank collecting agency and they are looking to collect their money. So be ware...this is not a joke no matter how funny it may sound.

ask them to take you off the list and if they dont you have the right to take them to court

I keep getting calls from this number and I know for a fact I don't owe Chase crap. WTF.

Collection agencies are completely [***]. Guess I get to go back to court. Again.

this number like called 3 times and i told then there is no one here by that name and i'd ask her what company is she from and she said it dosent matter if there no one by that name. and just hung up her name is melissa.  caused i'd have a friend of mine called back this is outrageious . she was a rude a** bi**ch

not a joke? i've never had any experience with chase bank... EVER. why would they be calling me to collect their money? i'm quite certain you have no idea what you're talking about. not to mention that calling before normal bank business hours to "collect their money" is absolutely not procedure. so either way you look at it, calls from this number must be a fluke company most likely conducting some unethical methods to get information they shouldn't have from the call receivers.

The caller from this number wanted me to identify my social security number over the phone, when i refused, he said he would hang up, and call again tomorrowThe caller wouldn't identify where he was calling from or give his name.  He wouldn't even state why or where he was calling from.

It's highly likely this is a scammer, "phishing" for personal info for identity theft purposes. He doesn't work for Chase Bank, and the only "collection agency" he "works" for is his own. His refusal to provide any information about his name, location, business name, or requesting personal info such as SSN, bank account #, etc.; are major red flags which point to a scam. If you continue to receive calls like this, you can report them to your state's Attorney General's office.

Even if YOU don't know who they are, it could be that someone used you as a reference. They are calling me because my son put me as his next of kin contact on an account. They call 3 times a day. I tried being nice and telling them that this was not his number, he does not live with me, etc. But they keep calling, 8am, noon and 6pm.

Chase bank. They call me because my son used my name as a Next of Kin contact on an account. They do not listen when you tell them it is not  his number. They do not listen when you say don't call back, they just have a different person call back again.
I do not have an account and will never open an account with Chase bank because of this issue.
As your friends and relatives not to use your name and number as a reference, contact number or next of kin number.

this is Chase bank collections..My ex has overdrawn her checking account and they want me to pay up..they use several different numbers and will NOT take no for an answer. I had myself removed from the account last Feb. and now they keep comming at me. I don't even live in the same state anymore, have no job, no money, no welfare, no unemployment, almost live on street but they don't care... THIS CRAP HAS TO FREAKIN STOP !!!

Write them a letter saying  "i am writing in regards to (your account number) about this alleged debt, (never admit to owing them anything) according to the fair debt act of 1986 i have the right to not be bothered by creditors, first of all i would like to dispute this charge, because it is considered damaging to my credit, to the best of my knowledge i do not owe this debt furthermore i would like, and have the right, for you to not contact my home, work, friends. from now on i would like you to contact me by mail only.

after receiving your letter any further contact they make with you via phone or friends/work will be in violation of the fair debt act of 1986.

This is a collection agency hired to collect on Chase Bank checking accounts that were closed owing overdrawn funds.
