I keep getting calls from them too ?!

Ms, Adam my name is Sorin, calling from Canadian Bounded credit Ltd, are you Sonia Adam, I was half asleep and told her this is Sonia how may I help you.

You owe Rogers $xx.xx, how are we going to pay for it, by Visa or Master card?
**I don't have a cell number with Rogers to start with**

I asked her did you realize that its 7:19 am in Vancouver.
Before I finished my sentence, she replied to me, don't worry we are allow to call from 7am PT.

Thats when I realized its a scam, I told her I don't deal with any business calls before 8am PT.
Did she ever get pissed off, she used the F word and hang up on me.

This is a collection agency that is very rude to people.

i keep getting calls from them but they never say anything.

they keep calling about a stupid lady named helen that corporation needs help and i am going to appeal a lawsuit and place my phone bill to the police and they can handle it. after 8 phone calls its considered harrasment dumbasses

I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize.  This number calls constantly and hangs up before they get to my answering machine message that says "if you are a telephone solictor, do not call back, as your calls will not be welcomed".  They don't leave messages.  Ideas for how to get rid of them?

we receive about 2-5 calls daily - mostly early in the morning and always around dinner time. we hear our fax machine start and nothing comes through. called them and same story - VERY RUDE, not helpful. they did put me through to their 'supervisor' but i of course voicemail.
can we report them?

They call my cell many times a day... I'm sick of it... I've never answered of course and never will - after reading all these complaints!
Is it even possible to take legal action? there are so many complaints we should qualify for a class-action suit...

Have 3 days in a row asking for Steve.  I've advised them each of the three times that they have the wrong number.  Called again today.  Told the attendant "I've told you 3 times you have the wrong number.  I don't want to see your number on my phone again."  He said ok, apologized and hung up.  Let's see what happens.

This number calls several times a day starting as early as 7:30 am. I just answer and hang up immediately.

I have had 8 calls from these jerks today!! Asking for someone I dont even know!! I have told them 3 times that person doesn't live here, I am getting so livid with this

They call a cell phone almost daily asking for Francis.....who the eff is Francis, not me!! I keep telling them there's no Francis here and to stop calling or I'm telling the police they are harrassing me.  They still keep calling!!If i could reach through the phone and strangle them I would. I am now going to call this number daily and ask for Francis.  I recommend anyone who gets a call from this number to do the same.

They are always calling.  I never answer.  I get a lot calls to my cell phone from wierd numbers.  I often wonder if cell phone companies have hackers.

called about 10 times today. apparently doesnt have a do not call list and was very rude. got a call from same number at 7:27 and at first there was no one there and then someone said " i call canada" and thats when i hung up. who the [***] are these people and what can be done to stop them.

got a call from that number at 7:36am today....however, I was in the process of getting ready to go to work so I wasn't able to answer. If I don't recognise the number, I generally let it go to the voicemail since I believe that if they want me to call back, they'll leave a message telling me to.

JUST woke up to these brutes at 10:31am his morning on my DAY OFF. However, it is comforting to know there is a site listing other victims of their harassment. I have exchanged some strong words with these people in the past, no threats or vulgar language but a firm "DO NOT CALL THIS NUKMBER AGAIN, THERE WILL NEVER BE A CONVERSATION BETWEEN YOUR PARTY AND MINE. EVER. GOT IT?" The woman on the line let out a deep breath and hung up, which bought me some time, but they are back and I am not happy. I'm not a criminal because I refused to pay Rogers close to $700 dollars for NOTHING. However, they destroyed my credit...I hope their corporation burns to the bloody ground!

they've called me twice already today and it's not even noon. they didn't identify the company, just asked for "fred." i said he wasn't here and she used a very rude attitude until i said goodbye, don't call anymore and hung up.
it really irks me when telemarketers are rude. it's not enough to annoy a person with a bunch of calls a day, you have to be a @*%#& about it too?

they are call for a 14 your old boy and when i said that i am his mother.they would not tell me why there looking for him. I said going to call someone about this becouse it is a child. They hung up on me.

THEY WILL NOT LEAVE ME ALONE!!! I'm so frustrated, often they hang up when I answer. They say they are looking for Emily, and when I say I don't know any Emilys they hang up and keep calling me!!
