Got this call for the 2nd time today (missed the call back number the 1st time).  I think the recorded voice (British accent, woman) said it was Well Fargo Financial Services or World Financial... or something similar .  Said it was not a sales call.  I call the number & the recording says: "Thank you for your interest in our credit card program.  Unfortunately, this program is not active at this time.  Please call us back at a later date.  Thank you again for your interest". !!!!!  Maybe they are just trying to see who will call back to build a database?

ditto, british, financial something or another....was told not to call cause then they get ur phone number and stuff.....and it comes up private - helluva way to build a database???? for credit cards....

I recieved a call from this number, it shows as 'unknown'. It sounded like it said Loan Financial Bank. It's agravating to get this types of calls. I'll never answer 'private', 'unkown', 'restricted', or crazy numbers again.
