caller just calls and asks for me by name then hangs up. I called the number back and could not get that person on the line. Annoying calls cant we do something to block them.

Mike i got the same calls.  I finally got the bottom.  they call you if you inquired about medical supplies through insurance.  you probably filled out some form about something you have wrong with you.  i had asthma and i remember i was looking for a laptop online and wound up filling out something for asthma sufferers.  turns out i needed help with my inhaler and nebulizer

I was searching the internet for information related to home delivery of respiratory medications for my COPD.  i found this company and after reading Harvey's review i felt compelled to call them.  I spoke with a representative christian and before even taking any information he fully educated me on COPD and the options available for me to get my albuterol straight to my home through my medicare and aarp.  what a blessing.  thank god for good people and helpful companies.

Finally a legitimate company.  I was googling diabetic supplies and i found their website www.lifequalitydiabetic.com so i was interested to see what this was.  I filled out the form and they must have people standing by.  I got a call in 1 minute.  I almost missed the call.  I was more than educated on the process with my medicare disability and i even asked my mother to call because she too is a type 2 diabetic.  Great service, great people.  I am thrilled to have called and ben helped by these folks.

I am from Omaha, NE and it was like good old customer service like midwest folks are used to.  This says a lot in today's day and age.
