Would like to know who calls from this number.

I've asked them to put me on their do not call list, but they keep calling my cell phone several times a day. They want to know what your other service providers are (i.e. cable, phone, internet) and how much you pay. They are very aggressive and don't take no for an answer.

I was called yesterday at 6:50 pm and I did not take the call.

I wont take a call from a Robocaller I dont know.

Got a call and no voicemail from this number. Did not pick up.

It's evil Time Warner that tells be that there's a service problem. They keep to forget that I'm no longer their customer since I switched to AT&T U-Verse.

Just got a call from this number...did not answer, Called it back immediately. Voicemail picked up " please leave a message for who ever you wish to leave a message for has no way to receive a message from you" makes no sense what so ever. Great.

This # keeps calling...when i answer no one is there...when i call it back it says the voice mail box is full....SO ANNOYING

There MUST be a violation of some sort about this.  How do we stop them?

I started getting calls from this number yesterday. Since then I have recieved 5 calls in 24 hours! And everytime I answer it's just silent.

This is not ok. How can I stop this? Or better yet, get them in trouble.

Kimbo Sliced - you mentioned it's Time Warner? I am currently a customer of Time Warner. Should I call them and ask if it's their number?

Received my 2nd call from them in a week...wasn't able to pick up, but from the hearing the echos of others, that's a good thing.

866 543 0864 - keeps calling - no one there when I answer.  when I call back they say the person you are calling for has no room on their voicemail...GOODBYE.

VERY annoying.

Just received a call from them...offering a home telephone service, in addition to their cable servcie, but the caller was exteremely low pressure, and didn't attempt to force sale me in anyway. Not to dismiss the claims of the other 'bloggers' but it was a "here's what we have to offer...are you interested?" type of call.
From my experience, i don't see the need to worry.

I received a call from this number today( 11/17/08) and no one left a message.  I called back and they said the mailbox it full, something I've hear many of you say.

I keep getting a phone call everyday from this number when I have my phone on silent. They are very good at calling when I am unavailable, usually sitting in class.
I agree with the Time Warner comments. They will never leave a voice message and a call back to the number will get you nowhere. I had this problem a few months ago, and I called Time Warner directly to have them stop calling. It took about two weeks before the message trickled through to the right people, but the number stopped calling. I don't think it will go away until you call Time Warner and tell them to relay a message to stop calling. It is just a customer satisfaction call.

I just got 2 calls from this number and it's the same as all of you have said. No message left and VM full when I call back. If you go to www.donotcall.gov you can register a complaint. Only thing is, even though you may be registered, a company you do business with (i.e. Time Warner) can still call you. Your best bet would be to call Time Warner and complain directly to them.

UPDATE: Just found out that even though you may have a business relationship with the company calling you (as in this case for me)you can call them and tell them to put you on their own "do not call" list. If they continue to call anyways, you can report the abuse to the website above. Hope this helps.

They have called 3 times today and keep hanging up. How can we get off the list? So annoying.

Been getting calls from these frekos!!!! Best bet which I follow and would advise: donot pick this number, assign a separate ringtone to recognize the number, donot call back to waste your airtime!!!

Repeatedly calls with no one on the other end.  Attempted to calle back and there is an unidentified un-monitored voicemail box.  I am guessing it is a malfunctioning preemptive dialer.  It is useful to see in this forum that the number seems to belong to Time Warner Cable although my caller id did not show this.  I will now call them and let them have it.
