NCO Financial calls at least twice every day at various hours.  The message is pre-recorded.  NCO is trying to collect for an AT&T business phone line that we never ordered and never used (signed up for DSL service only) from several years ago.  

I gave up trying to explain the situation and now just let the calls go into voice mail.  

I have spoken with an AT&T representative at least 14 times repeating the entire scenario no success.    

Does anyone know how to get these calls to stop?   Even better, how to resolve an issue with AT&T?
