    Second call today.  Get them almost daily.  This crap needs to be stopped.  Obviously they aren't smart enough to know that when no one ever answers that there calls are not wanted!  If I needed whatever they are selling I would call them.

    These offers are NOT in your best interest -- the insurance is overpriced and your acceptance will get you more solicitor calls.  Do what Rick (comment above) suggests and call 1-888-528-8460 and the calls will stop.  (Thanks, Rick!!)

    Just called the Customer Preference Line at the number Rick provided.  It only took a minute to change our preference.  Hopefully we will not receive more calls tomorrow.

    I get the same calls. They're ALL affiliated through my mortgage company... Wells Fargo. I've fired off several nasty emails to their customer service dept. demanding them to cease-and-desist. They claim they've updated my privacy policy (which will take 60 days for the calls to stop - we'll see) but if you want to do it yourself, check out:

    This anonymous calling goes on all the time. What for, is beyond me. I won't answer the phone when no one speaks. There was some slight whispering. Which is bizarre .

    just received  another one from Wells Fargo, selling accidental death insurance I asked the caller please do not call again as I am going to keep reporting you ....he mumbled something and hung up.

    Ugh. I work for Wells Fargo Bank and I know that we are (at least I am)extreeeeemely careful about calling our customers. If they say, "Sure! Call me!" but I fail to have them sign the consent form, I can't call them based on a verbal okay.

    This is horrible. I'll call them today.

    I finally answered one and told them "she isn't here, can I take a message" (which is my standard for unknown numbers that keep calling) - he responded with the fact that it wasn't an emergency (which had never crossed my mind) and he would call back.

    After looking around more on-line, I found you can call this number and have your number removed from further offers - take only a moment to follow the prompts.  I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DOING THIS!!

    Thanks for the opt-out number. I never knowingly set the preferences they described!!

    Anyway my MO with all unsolicited calls is to find out who they are, then if it's not important, ask them to hold and walk away from the phone until they give up and I hear the phone beeping. With any luck this gets me on some kind of blacklist and they don't call again.
