My number was called and a text message which identified the caller as FIA Card Services and who requested a call back.  A couple of days earlier I received a call from 866/800-1090 but they didn't leave a message.  Checking this forum it appears that FIA Card Services is now using at least two numbers to call people, probably because the latter number has appeared on this forum.  After reading about their practices, I'm not about to answer this call.   My practice is to let unknown callers leave a text or voice mail message before I will answer.  This option will not work for everyone because it depends on your telephone plan.

I like to "save" these numbers on my cell phone and give them a title like "block" so I know it's a scam call/text and I can ignore it.  Eventually they stop.

No idea who this is.

Got a text from this # telling me to call Bank of America regarding a servicing matter. This # is not familiar to me.

Also got a text telling me to call Bank of America at this number about a servicing issue. I don't even use Bank of America.

I just got the same alert that Carri mentioned above.  I do have a Bank of America account and plan on calling customer service to check this out..

I just received a text with this number asking me to call BofA for a servicing matter. I called and the lady on the other line was nice but really didnt seem to me to have any association with BofA i asked her to link both of my accounts and she answered that she didn't have access to link the accounts. Then i asked her to access my other account and she couldn't because she didn't have access. Sounds kind of fishi to me???? : (
