they call me every day and if i don't pick up they leave on automated messaged saying they have a very important message for "my name" ....although they said it wrong. my name is rachel...they said it like rackel. they leave me a number to call them back on and when i call it, it rings and rings eternally. i answered one time and it was an automated message again (same one as in voicemail) except at the end it said to stay on the line to speak to a representative. after ten minutes of the same 10 second clip of hold music...i hung up. they're fake whatever they are. and annoying as hell.

We have received several calls from this number over the course of the last two weeks. The messages have all been the same, except today I happened to be home and answered the phone. In the recording before I pressed "9" to speak with a representative, the recording said "this is not a telemarketer or solicitor call." That was a new addition to the recording so far. After pressing "9," I was on hold for about 27 minutes, with the same "We're sorry for the delay. Your call is very important to us. Please hold, assistance is only a moment away." I put the phone on speaker and checked back every couple minutes. If this were a legitimate agency, I would like to think they would have put someone on the phone by then.

got a voicemail left by andre (or something like that, no habla), he just said that he had important information for me. I called once i got to a landline and spoke with Kenya who was very polite. They are a third part collection agency. They said i was behind on a student loan account when i had actually just made a payment two days prior, so they're a little behind, but they seemed relativly easy to deal with, but that might be because I actually didn't owe anyone money, if you do it might be a different story.

This company left 6 messages for my step-daughter who has a Sallie Mae student loan which is not delinquent as we pay it automatically every month. This company left a message on my husband's v.m. at work. He called them back once and no one answered.

When he called back the second time, someone picked up and told him that the Sallie Mae student loan they were trying to collect on was returned to Sallie Mae (or something like that). They NEVER asked him for his name or his phone #. They must have a caller id set up which hooks into their case system.

I don't know why they were trying to collect on a debt that we are not in arrears on. Apparently, someone figured it out.

A call came for my son. She said her name is Mildred. I asked where she was calling from. She said Simms Associates. My son was asleep so curious to know why this company was calling him and there is so many scams going on that I decided to look this number up.  I see it is some kind of scam.  Thank God for computers.

Calling regarding a supposed debt owed by my adult son.

"Liza" or something like that left a message referring to my Sallie Mae account. I tried all afternoon to return the call, but it just clicked off before being answered. I co-signed my now ex-son-in-law's student loan years ago. A few months ago I did talk to them and they asked me to use a credit card to make a payment on his 2 loans, only one of which I had co-signed.

This is collegiate draft, a debt collections company looking for money to be paid on either Sallie Mae, Nelnet, or AES student loans.

If they call again notify the FTC (Federal Trade Commission)   Their no is 866-653-4261 or 877-382-4357. What Simm Associates is doing is illegal. Try putting them on speaker phone with the FTC and see what happens.

Today they call me and want to know my Social Security number. What is this? We must report this phone 8665728804 ext 2098.

do not give these guys any information. just listen to what they have to say and all their details. Have them send you all the information and tell them u will get back to them.
