I get about 2 calls a day from this number they leave a message saying its Craig Jensen & it's "Important that we talk". I have never given this phone number out for any purchase of anykind. Must be a TOTAL scam!

This number is a colletion agency and they handle several companies collections process. Also I have read so many people say they haven't given their phone numbers for any purchases or credit cards. If you have a phone in your name, your phone company will submit your number to the credit bureaus along with your payment histories.

If you want to get really shocked check out your credit reports, I looked at mine, they have my phone numbers for the last 10 years as well as every address I have ever received a piece of mail, it almost reads like a police report. Companies can get this information when you establish an account or try to get account with them.

I get a call at least once a day from this number. They leave a message saying this is Craig Jensen it'a important that I talk to you please call me back at 1 866-577-8402.

I got two calls, one on my house phone and the other on my cell. House phone the guy said he was Mr. Pollard. On my cell he said he was Craig Jensen. I really wish it was easier to find out what company this is. I'd like to know how many law suits they have been involved in regarding unfair debt collection practices.

I don't owe money to anyone and these people call me.  This organization is a fraud and the government should get involved.  I don't answer my phone for any number I don't recognize.

I received at least 12 phone messages from these people over a 3 weeks period.  I'm on the National "Do Not Call" registry, so I guessed they were trying to sell me something.  Finally I answered the phone and found out they were a collection agency and looking for a woman that has the same last name as mine.  12 phone calls and they didn't even have the correct phone number of the poor woman.  Had a very heated conversation with the young man. Anyway, I filed a complaint with the FTC and also with the local branch of the Better Business Burea.  I got a call last night from the BBB and they have already started the process.  Understand the FTC can impose fines.

I have received a MINIMUM of 2 calls a day from this number for several MONTHS now.  Guy says he is Craig Jensen.  Does anyone who has answered this guy know what agency he works for?  Or what company he is supposedly collecting FOR?

They call me but hang up when I answer.  I guess it's because I say hello before their automated call program notifies them the call has been answered.  _I_ refuse to say hello twice.  The calls always wake me up in the morning; so this morning after I got yet another hang up, I was furious and redialed.  I told the sweet female voice that answered that I'm tired of getting hang ups and that my number is on the Do Not Call Registry.  She acted like she couldn't hear me saying, "Hello, hello, hello".  She hang up on me!  I have filled out the complaint form at DoNotCall.Com.  I called back a second time and had to ask three times the name of the company, but the person answering sounded like he/she/it had a mouth full of peanut butter.  Couldn't get the whole name.

We keep getting calls every day, sometimes twice a day. Its very unnerving. We just let the answering machine pickup The man says his name is Alexander Jessup, also Craig Jessup has called the last few days. Please someone do something about this. I called back one time and a young man answered and said Hi, Hi,  Hi, what can I do for you? No mention of the company!

We have been getting these calls too. They leave the same message and when I call them back they are rude and nasty like you wouldn't believe!  They are a collection agency and obviously don't care if they have the wrong number!  I've told them they have the wrong number and they told me I was lying! I will report them to the FTC...I didn't know I could! I blocked the number once with the phone company and then they started calling from a different number!

many calls..recording.they have been called back 2 times do not say who they are but i have told them to stop calling and if they have anything they needed to inform me of  mail only.they still keep calling! going to turn them into whoever i can.

Get this call AT LEAST once a day. I get an automated recording saying this is either Craig Jepson or Alexander Jessup...its the same voice, very distinct.  So, I'm immediately suspicious if the same person is calling here going by different names.  When I call this number, it says it is Leading Edge Recovery Solutions.

I always get a call day or night from this number. I don't answer it but still it bothers me because sometimes I have to run to my phone just to see who is calling.

He is from a collection company, Leading Edge or something like that.  Calls constantly.

I got this call at 12:29 p.m. It was a recording saying I had too call back, they were not trying too sell me anything.

I am sick and tired of the calls I receive from 866-577-8402!  They call my cell phone regularly and it is costing me money!!  I have tried returning the phone call in order to make the calls stop and they can't even find my name.  I have the same first name as whom ever they are searching for!  I feel they are a bully debt collector (if that's really what they are)!  I hope someone shuts them down!  No one,not even someone in debt, deserves their abuse!!!!!
