I get about 3-5 calls a day from this number 1-866-585-1887. They start around 9am and end around 8pm. This is completely getting to be annoying but don't have any idea on what I can do. When I answer there is nothing there just dead air.
I just called the number back and it wanted me to do a survey so I did it and at the end you can leave a voice msg  about your services. Since I have no bell services at all I let them know ;) I hope this now has worked and the calls will stop.

Just had them phone me...didnt answer it in time...its a survey from Bell Express Vu....cause im cancelling the service...went to phone back but got the call cannot be completed as dialed message

I'm getting calls from this number as well - very annoying.  Regardless of whether it's Bell.ca or not, I consider this a nuisance call.  I'm trying to get my name removed from their list.

Totally harmless. You'll likely get these calls from BELL after you've spoken to one of their customer service reps. It's an automated customer feedback line from BELL. Takes less than minutes to complete. They even give you the choice to complete it or not.

If you call BELL, I'm sure they can remove you from the list.

Must be Bell.  I spoke to a rep about their internet yesterday.
My phone has rung repeatedly for the last hour!  Jeez, they're worse than a collection agency!!!!!!

I dont recommend Bell..  have not had the best service with them..  I called that number as they  just keep calling over and over..  having issues with cell phone and the amount of money one pays for them is ridiculous !!!   why do these pathetic surveys ... hoping they will STOP calling ..one will find out!!!    its rather pathetic

Same as all the other commenters.  That phone number keeps calling; I don't answer any any calls that have numbers I am not familiar with.  I might add that I am on the NO CALL LIST with our Canadian Government which obviously doesn't help in this regard.

Check your f... list before annoying people like that. My numnber is on the no call list but they don't give a s.... . It would be fun to encountered professionnals here and there ... people able to do their job properly.
I guess we can't expect a lot from these companies. Honestly, they are not alone in this crap method of
work.

Don't hold your brath, the left hand don't know what the right is doing. The billing dept
must be effective though, the rest is painful ( try to get them on the phone, punch this, punch that and your
call is very important to us). They're a pain and even if my bill is paid, they keep annoying me.

Ridiculous services from bell automatic feedback survey. Not user friendly because if your phone is a cell, you will be annoyed with a call like this, and also with the bill that you have to pay. Shame on Bell (such a big name, eh?

I keep getting calls from this # too. I answered after being called 5-6 times in a row. I've told Bell to STOP calling Me or I see them in Court on Harassment Charges.......... A.H.'s

This number is SAFE! Automated Bell Canada survey for customer care. It attempts to determine if there was a problem with customer service and asks how to correct the situation. This may happen if you respond poorly to a survey on assistance you receive from them, and may take weeks for these automated calls to start after you complete a survey on their service. It is best to answer the call as the automated system will retry until you take the call. Only takes a few minutes to call them back and complete the survey of one or two questions and then the calls should stop. Do not worry, it is NOT marketing and NOT sales. It just attempts to figure out if an employee did something wrong and how to correct. Please be considerate at rating employees as they are forced to respond only as their employer requests. Thankfully some jobs are still held by humans, at least some still in 2017. Summary:

This number called me (left a message) stating someone called for service and they were doing a survey 1-5 questions...I don't even have Bell service (they ripped me off for years with my old home line)...so why would they even call me?  Answer = telemarketing...number has been blocked.

Sign up for the no call registry and put a stop to those calls........they are then against the law.....Bell needs to be fined.
