A person claiming to be Eric Turner, calls my home, cell, and place of employment, stating that legal proceedings/lawsuit has been filed against me in the county that I live. This is a scam recognized by the Attorney Generals Office in the state where I live.

Too bad we cannot pass along this phone number 866-597-7275 to others on the internet to call, so we can crash their phone bank, where the scam is taking place.

Got a call from 866-597-7275. The person claimed to be Eric Turner. Said I had a suit filed against me. He even called my Daughter.

I got a call from 866-597-7275 from Eric that proceedings have been filed against me in the county that I live in and he is calling for mediation.  This is a company named AFB (collection agency).

They also use the number 866-684-1630.  They haven't left me a message yet but I have two phone calls from the same people with two different numbers.  I refuse to answer calls I don't recognize.

I received a voice message today from Vincent Marshall at  AFB & Associates 866-597-7275 ext 117.  I then call him back to find out what the heck he was calling me for.  When I asked him who he was, he immediately became rude and obnoxious on the phone.   He was so rude and unwilling to let me talk.  He proceeded to ask ask me questions to answers he already knew, such as my name, my address, e-mail address, etc. (this really made me afraid and began thinking WTF...who is this clown?  The conversation continued with him saying that CashNetUSA is filing a civil suit against me in small claims court in my county that I live and that they can help me but, if I can make at least half of what was owed, etc. Immediately when he said that I went crazy on the phone with him.  I told him to NOT call me anymore and that he can do whatever he has to do, he then told me I was acting like I was 8 years old and hung up on me. So I called back and then asked to speak to his Supervisor and another dude answered the phone by the name of Connor and I asked him if I can be transferred to Vincent Marshall's supervisor and he did not (at first I thought he did).  The clown  transferred me to the same SOB Vincent Marshall and he started threatening me and telling me I need to call litigation.  I told him that he acted all professional on the call when he left me the message so act professional right now.  He then started saying GOD loves me,..blah, blah and basically yelling at me while saying this, so I hung up and he kept calling me back for about 20 minutes straight until I ended up turning off my phone.  These people NEED TO STOP!!!!

This is the same number that called me today too!
