someone calls collect named Steve.

When I picked up for this number a recording said "Kentucky Correctional Institute" and offered four options.  One of them was to accept the phone call, another option to determine what the rate would be, (if I wanted to accept the charges), and another option "to block calls from this number".  I pressed the number six to block calls from this number again, but now I am wondering who is calling from a prison and where they got my number?

I just got two calls from this number on my house phone answer machine. Since I wasn't home I don't know who would have called. I don't know anyone in jail in Kentucky.

The same thing just happened to me. Did you ever find out who called?
