I get this call multiple times a day, but it's just one ring. We call back and it says something about a local ski resort, what?

I get calls from 866-603-6710 as well and no messages, I was wondering who this is as well, does anyone know. Thanks

It is Capital One.  They were able to provide me with all my account info.  (last payment made etc.)  This number is not spam.  They were calling to say my bill was due tomorrow.Caller ID: 1-866-603-4330

This number is actually is Capital One, called number back and said that this call is monitored and that a rep will be on the phone in a sec. The guy was able to verify my info and was calling to say payment was due.. Why though, I get a statement each month, and he said it was a courtsey call.

Claims to be Capital One. When I call the # I get a message that the call may be monitored and to leave a message. Then the recording says the mailbox is full.

This number calls me every single morning at 8:35 am.  Every single day I hang up.  You think they would get the hint?  They've been calling me for weeks on end.  I don't have a Capitol One card, so no idea why they are harassing me.  But if it is Capitol One - I know which credit card I will completely avoid in the future!!!!

The number belongs to Capitol One MasterCard. If you have a Capitol One MasterCard they are calling about an outstanding balance / missed payment / unusual charge.

they claim to be capital one and also allied international, they are looking for someone that does not live here anymore, but say that unless they talk to that person, that they can not take this number off of there list????? they call every morning at 8.30 a recorded message, and today a live person called.

Who is calling me from this number?? When I called it said it was Capital One. I have a different number for Capital One..

Every day like clock work at 10:00am and some times in the afternoon, I get calls from 1-866-603-4330 and I hang up every time as I see this call is coming in from the USA and I don't have any contacts in the USA.  I've read others postings here who also receive calls from this number stating that it's Capital One, well I don't have any dealings with Capital One.
As others, when I call this # back I get a recorded message,  One would think that the fact that I hang up every time would tell them I'm not interested in what ever they're trying to sell... How does one stop these calls.

No idea. I get the same thing. No message, just silence followed by a short clicking noise. I haven't called them back, nor do I intend to. I suspect they are scammers hoping that people will be intrigued or worried enough to call them back.

I very much doubt it. If they were legitimately calling from Capital One they would leave SOME kind of message.

I just called this number back and says number not in service so it can't be capital one
