i received a mailer in the mail with this number on it telling me about a government job position working from home.  Is this legit?

received pink card in the mail today, don't trust it

Only a scammer would give you an absolutely no information well asking you for all of your information and a card number. That the United States Postal Service would deliver these things to people with no 1 noticing this is absolutely mind boggling

I got pink mailer card in the mail regarding excellent pay, work from home. Called them and they said they would send me free information if I just pay the shipping and handling. I asked them to give me information so I could verify their company and they said they couldn't until I have them my debit card then all the information would be in my receipt in the email. I asked to check them out on a web site and they said I couldn't not until I gave them my debit card! RED FLAGS ALL OVER THE PLACE ON THIS!
