Nortstar Location Services is a collection agency, they called and left a vocemail stating that it's a collection of a bad debt and any information will be used for that purpose without verifying that anyone answered the call because is said that the person if not available should hang up and continues to say personal and private information about the person they were calling about, I don't know what if roommates had to hear what he said or his employer that would be embarrashing to say the least.

I/We never answer 800 Service calls ever and this is why.  This is also a "robo" call they always call just a few minutes after 8 AM every day of the week including telemarketers, we usuall try to block these types of call through out phone company website.  With roommates coming and going every year this is a problem.
