I got a call from these guys too, it turned out that they had 4 of my payday loans, I called one of the provider's (CashNet) and they gave me the number to NCA as that is where they sold it, I then called NCA, and they gave me a number to another company. I called them and they gave me one more number to where they sold it. I then called there and their number was out of service. Next I got a summons and the company tried to charge me with theft of service, so I got my lawyer involved and he fixed it all, but not until I paid him and also the payday loan! This all took 3 months, I spent and a lot more money than the amount to pay that damn loan, I will never ever take any more of those things.

This is a payday loan collection scam!

When they call you a recorded message states, "Your SS# has been linked to fraudulent activity and you will be prosecuted..."

Why on earth would you pay a dime???

Got the same message as stated above.  I have never took out a payday loan!!
