Thanks, took your advise, sent an email and..?  B.I.N.G.O  1-866-640-9251 They sent me an email reply to NO longer call the work number I am at. I will be happy when this is all done! Can you imagine that the calls are for someone else? not me ! These folks are pesky. Especially since I don't have a case file. Geezzzz
