I received a call from this number today and they tried to leave a message but it was all static.  Then, a bit letter, they texted my cell phone and said in all caps "PLEASE CALL".

This is a bill collector dont answer they are really rude.

Why did you try to call me at my number but I am deaf and number not for phone but use that number for fax.... Omit my number 812-637-7099

I won't answer any question or I won't accept any question to answer so hang up. Thks

someone just call me and asking for David, I told him you dial the wrong number and he keep asking do I know him (David) I keep telling you dialed the wrong number and I don't know which David you are talking about.

somehow these people got my cell phone number, which only my children have. they asked for a person i know, but  i told them this was
not her number. they said they would remove my number from their list.  will they really?

Got a call from this # asking for a friend. I told them this was not her # and if they needed to talk to her they needed to call her #. Did not give them her #. They said they would delete my #. I've heard that before. Kind of fishy why they would ask for a friend on my cell phone.

It is a collection company. Famously, a wonderful family member or even your best friend put you down as a reference and they are now in default and now the hounds are hounding YOU instead of your friend. They find your friend on social media and go down everyone listed on  their list until they locate somewhat willing to discuss them. When I get these calls, I just add them to my "blocked numbers" and go about my day. Then they spoof another number and I simply don't answer any number I don't recognize until I have had a change to research the number.
