They claimed to be calling from American Express looking for someone I do not know. Very persistent caller and unless you call them back to verify that they had the wrong number, your number will always be on their list and they will keep calling. Return the call and speak to a representative. Just tell them you had been receiving calls from them for a person you do not know. They will ask if you know xxx (the person they were trying to contact) and how long you had the number. They will remove your phone on their list within next 24 hours. Don't give them details about yourself if they asked 'cos I don't trust this caller too much. Apparently, when I googled the Internet, I managed to find out that this caller is actually a debt collection company, Omnium Worldwide ( http://collectionagency.info/directory/nebras ... -worldwide-inc/). Probably they were collecting debt for American Express. Anyway, my advice is just return the call and had your number removed or they will call every day and for years (they may stop for a while, but several months later they will start calling again). They may even use different numbers to call, so it was too annoying for me to block them after some time.

We have gotten 12 calls in the last 10 days from this caller. I called back and the message said "American Express". I hung up and called the number on my card. I asked the representative if the 866-663-8310 was an authentic American Express number - and it's not! So I called back and told them that I was tired of getting calls from this number. The name of the person they are calling has never lived in this house or never had this phone number. Then I asked for the representative's full name and Social Security number - boy that freaked her out. I also told her that I knew she wasn't with American Express, although she repeated said that she was with American Express, but finally said that they were a debt collector for American Express. I will continue to call them and harass them if they continue to harass me!

I have received a call from this number several times this past week...it's for someone that does not live here.  I have had this home phone number for over two years.  So, when the options they gave me did not fit, I opted to press 1 to speak to someone.  I figured I'd be a nice person and let them know that there was no such person at the phone number they called.  I waited...and waited...and waited...almost 2 hours on hold before they gave me the option to leave a message.  Pressed 1 again as prompted...We're sorry we are having a large call volume right now, please try your call again later.  Click.  I tried calling the 866-663-8310 number back to find out the call center is closed for the day please call back during business hours.  This number came up on caller ID as 800 Services,

I got a call form 866-663-8310 claimimg to be fomr American Express(which I do not have) and looking from someone named Clarise who  I do no tknow...also this called had a very phony upper class British accent. I did not speak to this person. They left me a voicemail.

Now Icome to find out that this is a bogus call from a  colletion agency called Omnium Worldwide.

These is harrasment and I do not owe AmE or anyone else money.

Received a call today 11/11  from a  man claiming  they have not received car payments for a toyota corolla. I told him i have never owned a toyota corolla and my car was paid off years ago. Told him he got the wrong phone number and i hung up.
