FRAUD. NO NOT GIVE CALLER ANY INFORMATION.
The caller claims to be from your bank, calling about suspicious activity on a debit (or credit) card. I contacted my bank directly and they confirmed that the call was not from them.

Caller stated she was from the fraud department at my bank and reported a suspicious charge as of today's date. Wanted me to call asap. I looked at my account online - no messages - no upcoming charges that looked suspicious. Then I called my bank's number and they confirmed that there was nothing to report and they agreed with me that it sounded like a fishing call. It smelled too bad to be real when I first heard it.

I received a call from this number on Saturday saying that they were from the fraud department at my bank.  I called my bank directly and they confirmed that they did not call me and that there was no fraud on my account.  My bank told me that they had several complaints from customers about this number calling them and asking for debit card and pin numbers over the phone.  It's a scam.  Don't call these people back.

Just got one of these..... IDIOTS!

This is a legit caller.  They monitor your charges and notify you about any activity that looks suspicious.  You should call them back.

Had a customer come in today with the same problem. Received a call from 866-664-5832 recording advising him there was a $40 fraud charge on his account and that he should call asap.  Contacted back office and no such call was made from our bank. This is a fishing scam there will attempt to get your personal information or bank information. Most likely will ask you to confirm your idenity with social and date of birth and to confirm your account numbers.  Do not respond to this number.

Got a call from this number today said there was suspicious activity with my debit card into call right away I did because my  husband told me too. The only thing I did was put in my phone number and it just kept on saying couldn’t recognize it

Got a message on my phone from this number and I told my husband and he said call it right away and I called like a fool and it said it did not recognize my number and told me to put it in so I did and said it didn’t recognize it again so I hung up it’s a scam

Got a call from this # WHILE I WAS AT SCHOOL voice message said it was a fraud department at citizens bank.. I DONT HAVE AN ACOOUNT THERE!!! Do not give this # any info and don’t trust the comment that say it’s real!! They are probably the same people trying to say it’s real so they can steal your card! 100% phising scam
