they are calling my cell and not leaving messages

I have received numerous calls on my cell phone from 866-665-5623 with no caller i.d. or message left.  Enough already!!

Received calls on my cell from this number on Apr 12, Apr 14 and today Apr 19 but never left message.

They are calling for Rogers about customer appreciation and promotional deals.

I answered and had to say hello five or six times before I got someone.  They have called daily for a week - I finally got fed up and answered.

This guy barelye spoke English!  He did tell me that the call would not cost me anything.  From there, it was like pulling teeth.  I had to ask him why he was calling.  Rogers Customer Appreciation to offer more services.

Heck, I don't like the service I have - that's why I didn't renew my contract and just go month-to-month now.  I also told them before - they are not to call or text me unless I owe money.  I can lose my job for answering cell during business hours.  But, Grandma is in hospital and I am waiting for family to call.

My husband is receiving daily texts and calls.

Get it together Rogers - show you appreciate us by not bothering us - or give us a year for free.  Don't call us, we'll call you!

It's a company called Teleperformance. They say they are calling on behalf of Rogers. They call at least once a day and they don't leave a message and if I do pickup and answer the call they listen for a few seconds and immediately hang up. I finally got fed up and called the number on March 31 and asked them to remove me from their calling list. Was assured that it would happen within 24 hours.

I've since received 14 calls from this number and have called back 4 different times asking to added to their do not call list. Each time assured that it would happen within 48 hours.

I finally called Rogers directly today and they said they've added my number to their Marketing Opt Out list but it is not specific to Teleperformance.

I took the particulars for getting out of the 9 months left on one of my contracts with Rogers. The next time I call them will be after a call from Teleperformance and I will be cancelling all of my services (home phone, 2 cell, internet & cable tv) with Rogers. It's shameful that they choose to do business with such an unprofessional partner.

Same problem as being described.  Calls at least once a day, and then they hang up when I answer.  I'm recording when I receive these calls now and I plan on reporting them to the police.

These calls are upsetting and the fact that there is never a message is even more upsetting

I answered again, and this time I was connect with an individual.  They confirmed that they are calling for a time-limited offer from Rogers.  I explained the situation and told them that I was not interested because of the inconvenience up to this point.  He politely apologized, and we ended the call.  That was only a few minutes ago, though, so I'll see if they call again tomorrow.

I didn't even picked it up, because it looks "spamy" to me.
Now I can see from this discussion that I did good.  :o)      
So I put it under BLOCKED number to my phone...

They call me everyday - then hang up!!! argh!

They call me every single day in the early afternoon. I consider this harassment. I have been with Rogers for years and years. This is pretty much the last straw.

I have also been targeted with that phone number.  Is does anyone know of a way to specific-call-foward their calls to another phone number?  ie:  IF that number shows up as the originating number, you can forward that call to the local anti-spam group?

I just called the number and within a couple of minutes got to a live person. Asked her to stop calling and add my number to the Do-Not-Call List, which she said she would do. Was told it would take about 48 hours. If in a few days time I still get them, Rogers won't have to worry about me being a satisfied customer, they'll have their answer - won't be a customer anymore :)

I've been getting calls from the daily - sometimes twice a day - since the start of the month.  Havent answered a single one and to be honest it doesnt bother me much.  I laugh it off but you can also be sure Im looking at other cell providers!
