They constantly call for my wife when she is not home.  When I ask if I can leave a message they refuse to do it and will only say they will call back.   If it was important I would think they would at least leave a message or a call back number.

Called and asked for me.  My wife said I wasn't available and asked to leave a message.  He said he will call back.

I am also getting these calls everyday. I believe the people behind this number are former Bank of America employees who stole customers' information, so that is how they know who are Bank of America customers. These fraudulent calls are not random. Many employees commit these kinds of crimes everyday and right from under Bank of America's nose. If you remember, a bunch of hackers hacked into Heartland Payments, which processes transactions for Bank of America customers.
Everyone who receives these calls needs to file a police report. I did. If more people file police reports, the detective at my precinct said that the FBI can get involved and break up this large-scale ring. I also wrote to Bank of America, but Bank of America told me that it's my problem, not theirs, and told me to report it to the police.

They call us frequently as well. When I call them back at this same number, I get a recorded message saying the number is not in use.

They called me as well they said they were bank of America knew my name and address and wanted to sell me I'd theft protection. They did not have my last name and thought my middle name was my last name. Then they told me they couldn't sell me the protection because they had my name wrong but gave me an 800 number and a web address to go to.
