keeps calling don't know who it is?

I have been getting calls from this number numerous times a day.  I called them back and they said they were a financial institution, and they named my husband and some other strange woman's name, but wouldn't tell me why they were calling unless I gave them the last 4 digits of my husband's soc sec #.  I refused.  They refused to tell me anything more and said that they would take my number off their record.  There is no reason a debt collector would be calling me or my husband, so I don't know what this is all about.  It's fishy to me.

This number has called me everyday and at least 4 times a day.  They will not tell me much, but want all kinds of information that I was not comfort giving so I hung up on them. Who the hell are these people and why are they so short and non-informative of what true intentions are?

Why dont you guys be responsible and pay your target bill. When you guys go to target n take out there stuff pay for them you should be ashamed that someone had to call you to pay your bill

They are a debt collector for Target.  I don't know why they are calling my cell phone when the Target Card is in my wife's name. Call me at all random times of the day and leave no message and I am at work.  You don't leave a message, I can't or won't call you back when I don't recognize the number.

This number calls three times a day.

I have never answered numbers I dont recognize,  if you want me to call to call you back you leave me a message with your name a number and or ext number and I will,  don't call me and unknown numbers I won't recognize expect me to answer.

Way to demonstrate the attitude of a debt collector who violates the FDCPA. You could just be a troll, but either way you're what's wrong with collection agencies.

Calls at least 4 times a day. Never leaves a message. Foreign accent, called me Rachel. Demanded my soc #. Blocked.

This number keeps calling me. I pick up the phone, don't say anything, and wait. This is my new strategy. After about 10 seconds the call is disconnected. That leads me to believe it's a robocall as I think a real person would say something, like "hello?" after 5 -10 seconds of silence. Meh.

I for one was paying my bills and had awesome credit then lost Jon's health issues etc and in A la t o.get assistance caused bills to go unpaid. .you need to get an education and maybe have issues but you and KNOCK YOUR CHIP OFF

I get phone calls from this number every day sometimes multiple times and I don't want them calling me anymore!!!

They keep calling my deceased wife's cellphone at all hours of the day and night. I don't answer and they never leave a message. Online research shows the number belongs to a Debt Collector company called Alliance One, who is hired by Target Red Card to collect debts owed.
