I called this toll free number and they asked that my number be removed from their data base. I called Westwood College, and they said my number wasn't listed with them so they listed my number as a don't call. However calling the toll free number 866-683-7588, the recording will ask you if you would like to be removed from their calling list, just follow the prompt. And in 72 hrs it will be removed.

have received over 25 calls (all hang ups) in the past few days.  I am on the Federal Do Not Call registry, and have never requested information from any entity.  How can I make this stop?

This number shows up on the cell phone and when the call is received the caller does not answer. The caller from the number calls at least once an hour. Does anyone have the name of the caller?

i hate this, just keep calling me once an hour, what can i do?

I've received 6 calls just in the last 5 hours.  Starting with the 3rd call, I asked them to stop calling.  If you are on the Do Not Call registry, you can file a complaint with them at www.donotcall.gov.  You can also file a complaint at https://esupport.fcc.gov/form1088/consumer.do

They call you but when you pick up to answer they are they don't answer back.  Its like they just wanted to annoy you

They called every hour since 9am~ >_< So annoying! When I answered it, they didnt even talk... How can I get this stopped?! Its really drive me crazy!

The most annoying thing ever, it's a great way to torture people.......MAKE IT STOP PLEAAAAAAAAASE, i followed the instructions to how to remove my number from their list and it's till not working......

I have been looking for employment and have found that jobseekers have become a target for sales of varied fields (student loan consolidation, credit score information, etc.). Companies have actually been advertising for different positions to collect information from you especially your cell # and provider, credit status, and are you looking to start a business. What this has to do with offering you a job? NOTHING! I have a suspicion thats the reason I am getting these calls from this number. You answer and nobody is there and U call back to try to remove urself and that doesn't work. If everybody was to take the time to file a report I hope something can be done about this.

[***] these people they have called me at least a 200 times in the past month and they are never on the line.  When i was calling back it was a fax machine like sound until today.

They send you emails about these amazing job offers with more money than the jobs actually offer, so you think OMG I can do that! You go through the supposed application. I swear not 2 minutes later the calls started. Spread the word if you get an email from this company delete it. They are a problem that must be stopped.

I just received a call from this number and after a couple of seconds a gentleman come on the line indicating that I had requested information about a degree program (which I didn't). I said this to him and he continued like I didn't say anything at all. I then disconnected the call. As soon as I did my phone started ringing with this same number then stopped. I called the number back and an automated voice came on. Call this number back and listen to the recording on how to have your number removed from the list. Mark it on the calendar that you did and give them 72 hours to remove it. After that if they call back get a lawyer and file a lawsuit against them for harassment.

Yeah, this is weird, i'm 17 years old and... I have no clue why I keep getting these calls.

OMG I didn't start getting these calls till I put my number for a request form from a college. My mistake, I know. But they started calling me 6 times a day, starting at 8am in the morning to late at night. Every hour it seems!!!!!!!!!!! UGH!!!! I am 19 and this is my first telemarketing call...im sure there are more to come! pisses me off!

A lady left a message from this phone number saying that she was calling from Sylvan Learning Center.

calls are starting to come in with several numbers non stop everyday several times a day.. what is going on??

What is going on?  Is this all the same person calling. this is everyday.. anyone else having the same problem?

Getting about 4 to 6 calls per day.  No one ever says anything or answers.  When I call it back is stated to hit an option and enter your number, that it will take up to 72 hours to for the calls to stop.  I wam to know who owns this number and how did they get my number which is a CELL PHONE number not listed in MY NAME.

This is not a Sylvan Learning Center number, I can asure you that one because I have worked for this company before.  I belive this number is a college or university if you have entered your number to recieve additional information.  I have not but attend a certain colldege of which I feel this number is related to that appears a lot on advertisments on the internet.

Sylvan Learning Center is at least one of the companies this number calls for.  However, I lack faith in their intelligence since I went to their website and requested information on speed READING and checked the "Please contact me by email" box.  Apparently they themselves struggled to read that.
