They are threatning phone calls

they called saying he was a Marshall and was issuing a pick up war rent on me I am disabled and was threatening me with prison I tried to pay only because I can't remember things card was declined called my credit card company they said it went straight to there fraud dept and payment was stopped thankfully they have called back several time just keeps getting nastier so be careful

This is the message they left for me.... "I need to to call U.S, Marshall Grover at 866-685-1570. You have been accused of two felonies and U.S. Marshal Grover needs you to contact him within the hour to resolve this matter before warrants are issued for your arrest."  I have received these type of calls in the past also stating they had my work address and would be arriving to have me arrested before the end of business today if I did not take care of the matter.  When did I commit a felony let alone two of them.  I think if is a harassing collection agency trying to reach out and collect on something that happened in the 1990's

They called my daughter telling her they need to get  a hold of me because they were looking for me to give me a warrant. I knew it wasn't true because I haven't gotten any written notices from them. I know it's a scam!

He just called my granddaughter in Jacksonville, Al and told her to go to the bedroom and get herself ready for him to take advantage of her.

S o if tyou ever got a pay day loan in texas or any other state, they are collecting on a pay day loan company. just a collection agency

Fax from "Clear Capital".  The number given to be removed from our list = 866-685-1570.  However, the number is not a working number.  Greatly irritates me these scammers waste so much time of us Small Business Owners!!!

Fax from "Clear Capital".  The number given to be removed from our list is 866-685-1570.  But it's not a working number.  Called on 4/29/2019.  They said the remove # wasn't working and I asked to be removed from their lists.  Received another one on 5/8/19, same scenario.  Fax header says "Clear Trading, Inc." while flyer says "Clear Capital" Direct # 646 663-1334  www.cleartradinginc.com
