They are the RUDEST, most unhelpful people ever.  They call me like 6 times a day even though I have made arrangements with them.

feel the same thing, they just keep calling, don't these people feel bored!

They call 6,7,8 times a day but never leave a message or phone number. I can't just take calls at work but if they'd bother to leave a message I could at least call them back and make arrangements with them.

dam collection calls they are ass monkeys yes they call you nonstop evan after you made arangements and if someone used you as a reference contact they will call you non stop as well fun fun fun so some budy gives your name and they buzz you and leave no message

Nice.  Theybeen caling me 10 times a day.  Like the user above!  LEAVE A MESSAGE.  I can't answer the home alll the time and work 15 hrs a day sometimes.  Its a pain in the ass.  Why do I have answering service if they don't use it!

I generally don't answer unknown calls, but I finally got fed up with the 10-12 calls everyday from this number with no message. I found this site and realized that it was HSBC finance.

I called back and spoke to a woman who was very nice, but asked if it was policy to call that many times each day without leaving a message.... she said "Yes it is, because we don't know who may be answering the phone and for the privacy of the individual" .... ok, so understandable there.

Ce numéro appelle chez moi plusieurs fois par jour, 7 jours semaine du matin au soir et parfois 3 ou 4 fois en une heure.
J'ai eu le malheur de leur répondre une fois et j'ai eu l'impression de faire affaires avec un kiddam de la pègre ! Très impoli et même grossier, il ne voulait rien entendre de mes explications et exigeait le plein remboursement d'un emprunt que je venais à peine de contracter alors que j'avais quelques jours de [***] seulement. Les taux d'emprunt de HSBC sont usuraires, les plus élevés sur le marché de la finance à ma connaissance et ils n'ont aucune ouverture à réajuster les paiements si un client subit un revers de destin après avoir contracté avec eux.

Moi je suis pas mal tanné de me faire appelé 8 fois par jours moi je leur ai dis , sa sert completement a rien de rappeler quand mon pere es parti pour 2 semaine mais ces [***] rapelle encor il ne comprenne donc rien du tout ??

got this call 4 times today...  asking for a girl named sylvie. told them repeatedly that they have the wrong number...  still kept calling. i called them and asked to be taken off of their calling list. they were very polite about it though they seemed a little dense on the subject.

These guys call at my home for my son who now livws elsewhere. They call from 7 am MT on through 9pm MT. I nee to sleep during the day as I work sunrtise shifts. They called 17 times yesterday at times several minutes apart. When  asked whos calling ,they dont answer nor do they leave a message on my answering machine but let it run the full 2 minutes. Im fed up to the gills with this childish stupidity!

It is HSBC calling, they called 6-8 times a day because my brother was under by FIFTY CENTS. Very disruptive, I would never ever join HSBC due to this.

I had a loan with them in 2006 for school and I paid it off last year.  They are claiming that I owe them more money?  Um, no.  I called them after I made the payment and they said my account was clear.  I called them a few weeks ago about this and they said that my account was up to date.  So screw them, I say this is a scam, and I really want them to stop calling me at 6:30 every morning and 11 every night.

they call 12 times a day. they are from hsbc which has to do with the bay, zellers accounts. they are very rude and most of them do not even know enough english to talk to you. very hard to understand them. where is the privacy act when you need it? you can only see the number but not the name and is not the same number all the time. they have many numbers they call from..these people make no sense.

Dude, its not cool when you call my house at the least 17 times a day . Especially when sometimes its at 9pm and my mom is asleep and you really don't wanna mess with my mom .So, stop calling my house because i swear to god. Imma ruin your day .
